You will find Conecon wherever the world's largest solar power plants are being built. As a plant installer, we are responsible for constructing photovoltaic plants in the megawatt range. Our many years of international experience, combined with in-depth industry expertise, enable us to plan and construct major projects to our customers´ utmost satisfaction.
Key Roles
- Supervise and deliver (photovoltaic) construction projects from site set-up to completion
- Coordinate and direct the company's own installation team as well as subcontractors on site
- Prepare daily and weekly status reports, update schedules and check they are adhered to
- Coordinate with all parties involved in the project on site
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
Duties / Key Competencies
- Proven professional experience in construction management
- Expertise in the field of renewable energies or comparable fields
- Willingness to travel worldwide with longer stays on construction sites
- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering and/or metal construction
- You are confident and have good conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- A high level of initiative
- Good command of written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
